I understand that my deposit is only refundable if the 7TH Ranch is able to fill the vacancy caused by my withdrawal.  I understand I should be in good health and have adequate health, travel, and accident insurance.  I understand that every effort will be made to ensure my party a safe, enjoyable experience, but ranch and related activities are inherently dangerous and not without risk.  In consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in such activities, I assume as my personal risk, all the hazards and dangers related to such activities.
